First Person Boxing Controls

First Person Boxing is a Roblox fighting game by Can You Box?. It is not a real-life boxing manual, and it is not Untitled Boxing Game or Boxing Beta.

For punch defense, community guides report holding F to guard. The official Roblox description confirms guards for head and body, but supplies no button map. Every binding below is attributed to community text rather than presented as an official or tested control.

What I checked, in the order I did it

This October 24, 2026 source check did not include an in-game control test. AllThingsHow's October 17 and 18 articles share a publisher; the fan site also relies on recordings and guides. Repetition is not independent confirmation. Hook inputs conflict across the text, and none of these checked texts establishes how to switch guard height.

How to block (guard)

The checked guides report holding F for guard; AllThingsHow also lists Left Shift. The official Roblox description supports the broader mechanic of guarding head and body, not either key or an input for changing guard height. If a reported key does not work, look for the in-game prompts or controls display; guides report H for that overlay. We have not established a tutorial prerequisite or a guaranteed fix. Roblox's social block is not the punch-defense action discussed here.

The official description lists PC, mobile and console without naming individual consoles or their buttons. No controller or touch map was verified in this check. Follow your device's in-game prompts rather than translating the keyboard table into guessed buttons. The beginner path is how to play.

Conflicting bindings

Hooks: Berlian kecil's description and the fan page mention E/R for hooks/dodges. AllThingsHow's Oct 17 article says A/D, while Oct 18 also mentions Q/E. The articles attribute differences to builds, but that explanation was not verified here. A/D and Q are also reported as movement and lock-on inputs, so blindly trying alternate hook layouts may trigger another action. Use the current game's displayed bindings rather than choosing a layout by repetition.

Shop: the fan controls page actually separates B (or the Shop button) from K (customization). AllThingsHow's Oct 17 table groups B/K under Shop/customize; its Oct 18 article uses K. This may be menu conflation rather than a confirmed build change. Prefer the visible Shop button when redeeming codes; do not assume customization is the same screen.

AllThingsHow's Oct 18 suggestions are FOV 90–100, automatic lock-on enabled, “Head moves with punches” disabled, and knockdown replays disabled. These are author preferences, not verified optimal settings. Adjust for your own view and input comfort. See the source-based combo guide for the reported counter sequence.

FAQ

How do I block a player?

For punch defense, the checked community guides report holding F for guard; this is not an official key map. Roblox's social block is a separate action, not a boxing move.

Why is F not working?

We did not reproduce or diagnose that issue. Check the controls and prompts in your current game; guides report H for the overlay and AllThingsHow also lists Left Shift for guard. Neither is a tested fix here.

What are the PS5 or Xbox controls?

The official description says console, but does not name specific consoles or provide a pad map. No PS5 or Xbox button layout was verified in the sources checked on 2026-10-24.
